THE BEE BOTTLE
AS SEEN BY 11 WOMEN
PHOTOGRAPHERS

Designed in 1853 for the wedding of Empress Eugénie, the Bee Bottle celebrates its 170th anniversary in 2023.

To mark the occasion, Guerlain has given eleven international women photographers carte blanche to share their interpretation of Pierre-François-Pascal Guerlain's iconic creation. A harmonious tribute reflecting Guerlain's commitment to the Arts, women and nature.

Their works will be on display at La Maison Guerlain at 68, avenue des Champs-Élysées in Paris, France from 9 March to 4 September 2023.

These eleven artists are part of the long history of photographers with whom Guerlain has collaborated, such as Robert Doisneau, Paolo Roversi and Patrick Demarchelier.

Since 2013, exhibitions at the Maison Guerlain, such as "Femmes en regard" (2021), "Piquées" by Charlotte Abramov (2022) and now the "Chère Eugénie" exhibition, have celebrated the work of emerging and recognised women artists, highlighting their vision and work.
