Cherry Blossom is a virtuoso tribute to the blooming of the sakuras (cherry trees), expressing in its notes all the emotion of a world we contemplate. Combined with a green tea accord whose freshness evokes memories of spring mornings, bergamot illuminates the fragrance with its sunny radiance. Like a love declaration, the fragrance releases at its heart cherry blossom notes, surrounded by the delicacy of lilac notes, the purity of jasmine and the lightness of a white musk accord.
A Seoulite by birth and Parisian by adoption, Taein Song perfected her refined style at the Beaux-Arts in Paris, before standing out as a resident artist at LVMH for eleven years. Both a painter and illustrator, she draws her inspiration from everyday life, where she discovers an infinite variety of details which she appropriates and twists to deliver her own personal vision. Her paintings, in watercolour or acrylic, are full of softness and colourful romanticism, offering a poetic and contemporary vision of the City of Light.
For 170 years, the Bee Bottle has combined tradition and innovation. Handcrafted by glassmaker Pochet du Courval, it embodies the meticulous expertise handed down from generation to generation. For this 2025 Millésime, the artist Taein Song turns the iconic bottle into a painting celebrating the poetry of sakura barely bloomed. The splendid floral adornment, created with acrylic paint, comes to life under her meticulous brushstrokes: each nuance of colour is applied by hand, turning the bottles into unique pieces, jewels of hand-crafted excellence.
Taein Song imagines twirling flowers made from three highly symbolic colours. Enhanced by touches of neon and iridescent paint, the white reminds the snow of the past winter, the pink of the sakura flowers recalls the present and the breath of spring, while the soft green heralds the arrival of summer. A delicate way of evoking the passage of time and seasons through the choice of colours. A pale pink ribbon hand-tied by the Guerlain Dames de Table crowns this treasure trove of craftsmanship.
