A declaration of love à la Guerlain, Rose Chérie pays tribute to the most cherished flower among Perfumers. Heightened by an almond note, its trail reveals the beating heart of a delicate rose.

This fragrance of romance is punctuated with soft, gauzy olfactory touches of tender green almond, pale pink petals, more pronounced pink raspberry notes and a mauve violet note.

Love is an inexhaustible source of inspiration for Guerlain Perfumers. The signature of Rose Chérie reprises La Vie en Rose, that ever so Parisian declaration of love and epitome of romance for lovers the world over.

Rose

Strewn in profusion, the rose in Rose Chérie is present in its every nuance and form, by way of rose water, essence and absolute of Damascena rose —hand-picked in Bulgaria and Turkey— as well as the incredibly sought-after Centifolia rose sourced from Grasse, France.

Four to five tons of petals are required to produce a litre of Damascena rose essence, with its lychee, raspberry and almond notes.

Cherished material used in the Guerlinade, the “Queen of Flowers” asserts herself in legendary compositions such as Nahéma and La Petite Robe Noire.
