Featured throughout the composition, from its top notes to its base, rose reveals itself in its bewitching entirety. Together, vegetal-nuanced rose essence, round accents of rose absolute and rose water distilled from rose petals via an innovative upcycling process capture all the subtlety and fragility of its facets.

MYSTERIOUS PATCHOULI

To evoke the soil of the Persian garden it is rooted in, rose appears enveloped in dark and earthy patchouli. Meanwhile, a pairing of musks cloak it in a halo of light.

To further its commitment to the environment, Guerlain has partnered with the non-profit organisation, UEBT (Union for Ethical BioTrade), to certify its strategics supply chains by 2026. Meaning that each of Guerlain’s 50 most prominent supply chains are verified, and improvement plans developed so that alongside each and every supplier and producer Guerlain can go even further in its sourcing ethical, ecologically-friendly, natural materials.

A ROSE ABSOLUTE
Grown in Grasse, the home of fragrance in the south of France, Grasse roses have been used by Guerlain since 1828. Firstly, the roses are made into a resin via an extraction process and then washed and purified to create a rose absolute.

A RADIANT UPDATE FOR THE ICONIC BOTTLE

Rose Amira Hair Mist adopts the Allegoria collection’s iconic bottle. Its travel-friendly 40mL size is entirely manufactured in France and made from 15% recycled glass. Its unscrewable spray and clear lacquering make it easier to recycle.
