A fragrance between dream and reality

She slumbers, barely awake. The softness of her sheets and the half-light of the day invite her to bask in the magical haziness of lingering dreams. In this cocoon, she imagines her own reality transformed, as a fantasy. A marvel of fresh sensuality, L'Instant Magic accompanies her: this musky floral with notes of roses caresses her skin, laying it on a bed of white musks worked into a "Musquinade” (a nod to the famous Guerlinade) and almond wood. A real mist of sweetness... In the arms of L’Instant Magic, she embarks on a voyage into a world where lovers’ dreams become possible.

A legend of fantasized love, wrapped in roses and white musk

Opening with bergamot, L'Instant Magic goes on to reveal a musky floral scent with fresh rose notes. A scented trail of white musks worked into a “Musquinade” (a nod to the famous Guerlinade) follows, all warmed by almond wood.

ROSE

Harvested in Bulgaria and too delicate to travel, roses are made into an essential oil on site using steam and/or direct fire distillation.
The resulting rose oil brings a floral and fruity note to fragrances.

WHITE MUSKS

Musks are skin-loving materials which by evoking clean, velvety scents teeter between innocence and sensuality. Their elusive powdery fragrance melds with the skin to develop into an intimate, comforting fragrance trail with exceptional staying power.

ALMOND WOOD

Sandalwood notes and an almond accord bring powdery sweetness to this fragrance.

HOUSE SECRETS

With L’Instant Magic, the House’s famous Guerlinade is revisited as a “Musquinade” composed around notes of white musk.

A LEGENDARY BOTTLE

Designed by Raymond Guerlain in 1912, its iconic “inverted heart” bottle is underscored with graceful scrolls typical of Art Nouveau. Its avant-garde stopper, in the form of a hollowed heart, evokes the delicate romanticism of this perfumery masterpiece and represented a real technical feat at the time.
